A new Netflix notion
Based on the rave reviews, it's received, I was contemplating ordering this item from Amazon, when Jared pointed out I should just rent it from Netflix and check it out. I didn't realize they had exercise stuff in their inventory, but sure enough, now it's on its way to me! Exciting.

I had no idea netflix had workout videos either. I definitely could use a good workout video. Tell me if you like it. If you do then I might just have to get it from netflix too!
My sister did this along with her fitness plan. She said it was "kick butt". Let me know what you think
Awesome. Her workouts on comcast are BRUTAL. Jillian rocks.
