Today I rushed out of the house without a thought for what I might eat during the day. It was looking like I might have to subsist on the free offerings in the company break room -- cocoa, microwave popcorn, and Lipton soup envelopes (inexplicably, they only stock cream of chicken). But Pork Chop came to my rescue and brought me two delicious tacos. Honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking about them.
The best part -- he buys them from a street cart for something ridiculous like $1. Yup, there's a Mexican street cart right here in the SLC. Doesn't get much better than that. Of course, I'll have to swing by this summer to see if they sell helotes.
