Halloween

Here are a few pictures of the big evening. Thor and Winnie (aka Luke and Leia) were all set to go trick-or-treating when we had a downpour. There were intermittent lulls in the storm and we thought about at least dashing over to some neighbors' houses, but Thor was totally uninterested. He was much more excited about scattering all his toys around the house and getting into scuffles with Coen, who came down for the occasion.

So... we stayed in and settled for a few pictures. I'm still a bit sad about it, to be honest. I had been planning this for a while and stayed up late sewing the last parts of the costumes Friday night, and I'm pretty sure they won't fit next year. Jared slaved over Winnie's buns and found the perfect accessories for Thor's costume. It was all a bit of a let down. Oh, well... maybe we'll have to have two more so they can get some use out of them.
