Clowning around at home
Out and aboutThere are so many things to say about our St. Patrick's Day evening, so for now I will keep it to one brief anecdote. The function we attended was a fund raiser for the local symphony. At each table there was one CD to take home as a souvenir of the evening. Partway through the evening, we organized a makeshift raffle at our table to determine who would get the CD. Jared took everyone's slips of paper and shook them up in his sporran (that be-tassled man purse that accompanies the kilt). He decided to stand up to do this, and unfortunately as a live auction was in process, this was interpreted as a bid. Yes, he bid $1,000 on a piece of fine jewelry. A few tense moments ensued until a bid of $1,100 came in. Just a glimpse of the fun we had this weekend.

You both look stunning and I would have love to see the response on both your faces had you won the piece of jewelry.
